Meet Sami

Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My family has been in it for three generations. My grandfather built and managed properties. My mother designed model homes and ran her own retail store, with an instinct for what makes a space feel right the moment you walk in. My father built the house I grew up in, and started the original Houses by Housman with a tagline that still guides me: The Tradition Continues.

Growing up inside that gave me more than a love of homes. It gave me a belief in what real estate means. An investment. A place where families live their lives. Work worth doing carefully and honestly.

Before real estate, I spent more than 15 years in entertainment. I started in an agency mailroom and went on to work as a talent agent, manager, and producer across film and television. I was named to Variety's Impact List, was part of a Critics' Choice Award–winning and an Oscar-nominated project, negotiated deals with Netflix, built partnerships with Dior, Apple, Armani, and Adidas, and represented New York Times bestselling authors. Almost all of it transferred to real estate. Listening closely. Understanding what someone needs. Advocating fully. Knowing when to act.

Living here taught me that Los Angeles is not one city. It is a collection of small neighborhoods and communities, each with its own rhythm, its own streets, its own reasons people fall in love with it. Hancock Park. Windsor Square. Larchmont Village. Brookside. West Hollywood, Century City, Los Feliz, Silver Lake and more. Knowing the difference block by block is part of the job.

I live in Hancock Park, and I'm raising two young kids here. So I know the questions families ask because I've asked them myself. Which schools. Which parks. Which streets feel like a neighborhood. That perspective matters, especially for families relocating to LA.

I bring family instinct, East Coast energy, and a network that reaches from New York to Florida, so clients moving in either direction have someone they trust at every step.

What drives me is simple. Getting it right for the people I represent. Every time.
